Consultations typically last 20–40 minutes depending on complexity. For extensions or detailed color planning allow up to 60 minutes. We allocate time to assess hair health, discuss goals, and outline steps, pricing, and aftercare.
Yes — if desired we'll evaluate hair density, length, and lifestyle to recommend extension type, color match, and placement. We also discuss maintenance, expected lifespan, and cost so you can make an informed decision before booking installation.
We offer complimentary consultations for most services; however, specialized consultations for advanced extensions or custom color corrections may carry a fee that can be credited toward your service. We'll inform you when booking if a consultation charge applies.
